We have exciting news to share with you! Our Heights and Westend locations now have Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). This innovative technology lets you choose how you want to bank.
What is an ITM?
An ITM allows you to connect with a teller Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM through video chat. You can request this feature and receive the same pleasant, face-to-face interaction with our tellers without having to travel to our Downtown or Grand branches (unless you want to, of course). The best part of this hybrid machine is that you can opt to use it as a traditional ATM as well (video chat feature optional).
What Can an ITM Do?
Through the ITM feature, you can do almost all the same transactions as if you were face-to-face with a teller. You can deposit checks, make a loan payment from your Share Account, check balances, and transfer funds. There are a few transactions where you must visit our Downtown or Grand Ave. branches. Those transactions include large cash withdrawals and to receive or deposit coins.
This technology allows us to assist you with your transaction, even if we aren’t in the same branch. Please make sure you have your ID and debit card to access all the ITM features and services. We are very excited about our new ITMs, and we hope you are too!
