On the morning of Tuesday, September 17th, we will be migrating to a NEW Online Banking and Mobile App platform. You will need to re-register by selecting the CREATE USERNAME / PASSWORD link via Desktop or Mobile App.

Now until September 17th, you can continue to use our current Online Banking and Mobile App platforms. In preparation for the transition, please ensure your devices are running the latest operating system updates. You will be prompted to download the new Mobile App later in the day on September 17th. 

  • NEW Desktop Online Banking should be available for registration on 9/17 around 9:00 MDT.
  • NEW Mobile App should be available for download/registration on 9/17 in the afternoon – at which point, you will be prompted/forced to download the new Mobile App to access your accounts.
  • You only need to register on (one) platform – NOT both.

NEW Quicken or QuickBooks Action Steps

  • BFCU offers Web Connect through Digital Banking Enviroment – member downloads details to Quicken or QuickBooks Desktop.
  • BFCU also offers Express Web Connect via Single Sign On connection with Online Banking credentials to Quicken or QuickBooks Online.
  • Ahead of Tuesday, 9/17, we encourage you to back up your data file.
  • Following Tuesday, 9/17, members will have access to Web Connect, but Express Web Connect will be delayed by roughly five business days. Following these five business days, you will need to re-connect from Quicken or QuickBooks online with your new Digital Banking credentials.
